Hi everyone! My name is Brandi and I am so glad you are here.

I am passionate about helping people move from a life of pain, suffering, and unfulfillment to a life that is happy, healthy and fulfilling. Mental health is something that can be and should be defined within a continuum and is something that must be practiced, maintained, adjusted and catered to.

I have experience working with individuals who have challenges with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, emotional regulation, mood disorders, trauma, perfectionism, family conflict and maladaptive eating behaviors.

Brandi is under the supervision of Liz Bryne, LPC-S

Life is full of challenges and I believe the way we respond to those challenges holds so much power . Nietzsche once said “he who has a why to live for can bear almost any how”. I aim to help my clients discover their “why” and empower them to draw from their values, strengths and supports to create a happy and healthy life.
